These terms explain how Union Laundry communicates offers and uses social media. They supplement the  Privacy Notice and Laundry Terms & Conditions. They apply to communications and promotions Union Laundry actually offers. OFFERS, PRICES & PROMOTIONS

Every offer is subject to its stated dates, eligibility, participating services, redemption steps, and limits. Read the complete offer before purchase or redemption. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash, combined, transferred, or applied retroactively; applicable law controls. We may correct an obvious error or end a promotion prospectively where permitted, while honoring valid offers already accepted. We will disclose material restrictions and the final price before purchase.

Promotional pages, signs, posts, coupons, and messages may contain offer-specific conditions. A promotion is not a guarantee of savings unless its terms and qualifying purchase are met. Any advertised free gift, referral reward, discount, or limited-time offer must be claimed only as described in that offer. Ask us before relying on an unclear offer.

EMAIL & TEXT MESSAGES

We send marketing email only where permitted and provide a working way to unsubscribe. Marketing messages identify Union Laundry, use accurate sender and subject information, and include our postal address. We honor opt-out requests as required by law. A service message about an order or pickup is distinct from marketing; opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop necessary service notices.

We will send marketing texts only where we have the consent required by law. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of buying laundry services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported, or contact us directly. We will process opt-outs as required. Do not text sensitive payment or identity information.

SOCIAL MEDIA, REVIEWS & CUSTOMER CONTENT

Our social media accounts may be operated on third-party platforms with their own terms and privacy practices. Public posts, comments, reviews, tags, and direct messages may be visible to others or retained by a platform. Do not send account passwords, payment card details, or private laundry information in a public comment. For order or privacy matters, contact us directly.

We may moderate or remove content on accounts we control that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, spam, deceptive, irrelevant, or that exposes another person’s private information. Moderation does not limit rights protected by law. We do not control third-party platforms or guarantee their availability, security, or content. A platform’s presence or a link to it does not mean the platform endorses Union Laundry.

We will not use an identifiable customer photo, video, name, testimonial, or review in our own advertising unless we have permission or another lawful basis. Permission should specify the content and intended use; do not assume that tagging us grants permission. We may respond publicly to reviews, but will not disclose private customer or transaction details. If we provide an incentive for a review or endorsement, we will require clear disclosure and will not condition the incentive on a positive review.

CONTESTS & SWEEPSTAKES

Any contest or sweepstakes will have separate official rules stating eligibility, entry method, opening and closing times, prize and approximate value, winner selection and notification, claim period, and other material conditions. No purchase will be required where applicable law requires a free alternative method of entry. Taxes and any other winner responsibilities will be stated in the official rules. Unless those rules say otherwise, contests are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or another platform. Follow the platform rules and the official rules; if they conflict, applicable law controls.

ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY & CONTACT

We aim to keep promotions and posts accurate, but online content may be delayed or contain errors. We may update non-contractual content. Confirm current prices, service availability, business hours, and offer terms with us before traveling or purchasing. These terms do not waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. New Jersey law applies, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
